The challenge
Like every multi-client agency, Tribuzana's data lived in silos: dozens of Google Ads accounts, dozens of Meta Ads accounts, each on its own. There was no unified view, and building reports meant logging into 60+ ad platforms and burning hours of manual work. The twist: the person who would build the entire data platform was the agency's owner, with deep marketing and business expertise but no prior technical background in data.
