This Privacy Policy describes how Nekt Data LTDA ("we", "Company") collects, uses, and protects the data processed by the "Nekt — Data Orchestration for Bitrix24 (by CRMThink)" application ("Application") when installed on your Bitrix24 portal.
By installing and using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. What data the Application accesses
Through the OAuth authorization you grant in Bitrix24, the Application accesses and transfers to the Nekt platform the data from your Bitrix24 portal necessary for synchronization, which may include:
- CRM records: leads, deals, contacts, companies, activities, and related fields;
- Configuration metadata required to identify entities and perform synchronization;
- Authentication data (OAuth tokens) provided by Bitrix24 to authorize access.
The Application accesses only the data you grant permission to at the time of installation/authentication.
2. How we use the data
We use the data solely to:
- Synchronize your Bitrix24 information with your workspace on the Nekt platform;
- Organize, unify, and make this data available for analyses, dashboards, and AI agents under your control;
- Operate, maintain, and improve the functioning of the Application and the integration.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use your data for purposes unrelated to providing the service you have contracted.
3. Storage and security
Synchronized data is stored in your environment on the Nekt platform. We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including encrypted transmission and access controls.
Authentication tokens are stored securely and used only to operate the integration.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not share your data with third parties, except:
- Infrastructure providers that host the Nekt platform, strictly to operate the service;
- When required by law or by a competent authority.
5. Retention and deletion
We retain the data while the Application is installed and the integration is active. When you uninstall the Application or revoke access in Bitrix24, synchronization stops. You may request the deletion of synchronized data by contacting us at the email below.
6. Your rights
In accordance with applicable data protection laws (including the LGPD, Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018), you may request access to, correction, portability, or deletion of your data, as well as withdraw your consent at any time.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
